What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. This is sent to us by email. The website does not store it in a database, and this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any repair you ask for. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a repair are deleted within 12 months. Repair records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
Sharing
We don’t sell or share your details, except with service providers who help us run the business (such as our email provider) or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@consolerepairs.org.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Map
The contact page shows an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.
